تضرر أكثر من 270 ألف رحلة جوية للركاب بسبب إغلاق مطار هيثرو

أظهرت أرقام جديدة أن أكثر من 270 ألف رحلة 
جوية للركاب تعطلت بسبب إغلاق مطار هيثرو الأسبوع الماضي.
وتم إلغاء أو تحويل مسار أو تأجيل رحلات حوالي 234 ألف مسافر، كانوا قد
حجزوا للسفر من وإلى مطار هيثرو يوم الجمعة، عندما تعرض المطار لانقطاع
التيار الكهربائي بسبب حريق في محطة كهرباء فرعية قريبة، طبقا لإحصاءات
صناعة الطيران التي اطلعت عليها وكالة الأنباء البريطانية(بي.إيه.ميديا)
اليوم الأربعاء.
ولم يتم السماح لأي رحلات بالهبوط في المطار في ذلك اليوم حتى حوالي
الساعة السادسة مساء(1800 بتوقيت جرينتش).
وتأثر 36 ألفا و500 شخص آخرين كانوا يأملون في السفر في اليوم التالي،
عندما تم إلغاء 74 رحلة، أي ما يعادل 1ر6% من إجمالي الرحلات المقررة.
