 اجتمعَ سعادة السيد حسن بن عبدالله الغانم، رئيس مجلس الشورى، أمس، مع وفد من مجلس الشيوخ بالجمهورية الفرنسية الصديقة الذي يزور البلاد حاليًا، برئاسة سعادة السيد أوليفييه كاديك، رئيس مجموعة الصداقة فرنسا - دول الخليج بالمجلس. جرى خلال الاجتماع، استعراضُ العَلاقات البرلمانية القائمة بين قطر وفرنسا، والسبل الكفيلة بتعزيزها وتطويرها. وأعربَ رئيسُ مجلس الشورى خلال الاجتماع، عن تطلعه لأن تسهمَ هذه الزيارة في تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين مجلس الشورى ومجلس الشيوخ الفرنسي في القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك، مشيدًا بجهود مجموعتي الصداقة بالمجلسين، في دعم العَلاقات البرلمانية وتعزيز التواصل بما يخدم مصالح البلدين.
