أعلنت وزارة الدفاع القطرية عن إمكانية إنجاز كافة طلبات الخدمة الوطنية إلكترونيًا عبر تطبيق مطراش، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتسهيل الإجراءات على المكلفين وتوفير الوقت والجهد دون الحاجة إلى الحضور الشخصي.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن الخدمة الجديدة تتيح للمستخدمين التقديم على الطلبات الرسمية المتعلقة بالخدمة الوطنية، بالإضافة إلى إمكانية الحصول على الشهادات اللازمة إلكترونيًا، وذلك بخطوات بسيطة عبر التطبيق.

خطوات التقديم عبر مطراش:

- الدخول إلى تطبيق مطراش باستخدام الحساب الشخصي.
- التوجه إلى قسم المواطنين.
- اختيار الخدمة الوطنية من القائمة.
- تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة وتحميل المستندات إن وجدت.
- إرسال الطلب وانتظار الاعتماد.
ودعت الوزارة كافة المواطنين المكلفين بالخدمة الوطنية إلى الاستفادة من هذه الخدمة الرقمية، مؤكدة حرصها على تطوير وسائل التواصل والخدمات بما يتماشى مع رؤية قطر الوطنية في التحول الرقمي.
