ضمن جهود ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي لتسريع وتيرة التوظيف وتوطين الوظائف في الجهات الحكومية، أجريت في وزارة العدل مقابلات مباشرة مع مجموعة من الباحثين عن عمل المسجلين في المنصة الوطنية لتنسيق التوظيف "كوادر"، وذلك لشغل عدد من الوظائف المتاحة في الوزارة، بحضور ممثل من ديوان الخدمة المدنية والتطوير الحكومي.
وأوضح ديوان الخدمة والتطوير الحكومي في منشور عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة "x " أن هذه الخطوة تأتي امتدادًا لحملة التوظيفالسريع التي نفّذها الديوان بالتعاون مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية، بهدف استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية المؤهلة وتعزيز حضورها في القطاعات الحيوية، تأكيدًا على التزامه بدعم المسار المهني للكوادر الوطنية وتيسير اندماجها في سوق العمل.
