الدوحة- موقع الراية:

قالت وزارة الداخلية أن " إدارة الحماية " المستحدثة تهدف لتطوير العمل الشرطي وتعمل بالتعاون مع النيابة العامة والمجلس الأعلى للقضاء لتعزيز جهود العدالة في المجتمع.

وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية في منشور عبر حسابها الرسمي على منصة "x" أن

مهام الإدارة تتمثل في :

- تنفيذ قرارات الحماية الصادرة عن النيابة العامة والقضاء

- التنسيق المستمر مع الجهات المختصة لضمان السلامة والأمن.

- دعم جهود العدالة الجنائية

- حماية الأشخاص وضمان سلامتهم.

• القضايا التي يشملها نظام الحماية:

توفر الإدارة الحماية المحددة وفق القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2022 بشأن حماية المجني عليهم والشهود ومن في حكمهم، للأشخاص المعرضين للخطر في القضايا الكبرى.

• الأشخاص المشمولون بالحماية:

تختص الإدارة وفقا للقانون بتدابير الحماية المطلوبة للأشخاص المشمولين بالحماية بموجب القانون رقم (5) لسنة 2022 بشأن حماية المجني عليهم والشهود ومن في حكمهم.
