وقّعت قطر للسياحة ودليل فوربس للسفر، مذكرة تفاهم خلال فعاليات سوق السفر العالمي 2025 في لندن، بهدف وضع إطار للتعاون يهدف إلى تعزيز التميز في الخدمة والارتقاء بمعايير الضيافة في قطر بما يتماشى مع المعايير العالمية.
جرى التوقيع على مذكرة التفاهم، بحضور السيد عمر الجابر، رئيس قطاع تنمية السياحة في قطر للسياحة، والسيد هيرمان إلغار، الرئيس التنفيذي لدليل فوربس للسفر.
ومن خلال هذه الشراكة، سيعمل الطرفان على تعزيز مكانة قطر كوجهة سياحية عالمية المستوى عبر إجراء تقييمات للجودة وتقديم برامج تدريبية تستند إلى معايير الخدمة العالمية لدليل فوربس للسفر.
كما تشمل مذكرة التفاهم مواءمة نظام تصنيف الفنادق المعتمد لدى قطر للسياحة مع المعايير الدولية، ودعم التطوير المهني لفريق التفتيش التابع لقطر للسياحة.
